Warren Ogden founded PURE in 2006 with the mission “to promote and engender the physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of it’s clients, team members and the larger community of Granada.” Warren began studying both fitness and Yoga 20 years ago at Duke University. He has been personal training and teaching Yoga for the last thirteen years. Warren studied Yoga in Rishikesh and Dharmasala, India, completed his Yoga teacher training program (200 hr) with the Holistic Yoga School and his 500 hour advanced studies with the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga in India. Warren is also an AcroYoga instructor, having completed AcroYoga Montreal’s teacher training in 2019.
