We are happy to welcome Shayah Muller to our instructor team. Shayah is a Yoga and meditation teacher as well as a registered holistic nutritionist with a passion for preventative health and wellness. Yoga, world travel and transitioning to a plant-based diet have been key factors in her own personal growth and development which she now loves sharing with others. After spending years working in administration feeling burnt-out, stressed-out, and unfulfilled, she is now committed to empowering her students to live in alignment with their values. She accomplishes this by helping people bring the teachings of yoga off the mat and into their daily lives.
